The "Thrive" brand and image were created by Justin Bridge, a North Carolina Paramedic with over 18 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services. He began his career as a volunteer at the age of 17 and concluded it at the rank of Captain for his system. Justin spent his career on the front lines of 911—responding to people on some of the worst days of their lives in their most critical and vulnerable moments. That experience shaped not only his clinical skills, but his understanding of how critical proactive health, recovery, and resilience truly are.

After nearly two decades in emergency medicine, he saw a gap: too many people wait until something goes wrong before taking care of their bodies. That realization led to the creation of the Thrive brand—which is built on the belief that wellness isn’t just about recovery, it’s about optimization.
